PICTURE ROCK RENOVATION
May 1- July 29, 2005
We knew what neighborhood we wanted to live in and had a vision of the final result. On May 1st the demolition crew came in, removed everything in the house except most framing and 4 windows. At one point, after the roof was off, you could see the entire house from anywhere. Nine crews and eighty nine-14 hour days later we moved in. In the end we completed our dream home- open, airy, tropical and serene. This is our last home and definitely our last home reconstruction project.

POOL RECONSTRUCTION
Jan 31- March 1, 2009
On January 31st Premiere Pools started the “hardscape demo.” One of the more major aspects of this projects was to make the pool smaller and fill in the “in ground” spa. In 5 days they had removed most of the gunite and decking. The next 6 weeks brought new plumbing, 3 waterfalls- one of which was removed, upgraded electrical, new equipment, new tile, new plaster and stamped cement decking. The crews were awesome and everyone worked their butts off....thank you. Special thanks to Clay for keeping the project on track and making great suggestions along the way.

BACKYARD REMODEL- B4 AND AFTER

Five years after we moved into our remodeled home we had saved enough money to finish the backyard. We started in Winter so we could get the full attention of the pool remodel crew. They were in and out in less than 8 weeks. We changed the size/ shape of the pool, filled in the spa, replaced all of the electrical, most of the plumbing and all of the decking. I spent the next 3 months installing new drainage, drip irrigation, lighting, and “detaining” the yard. This is a Before and After Slideshow.
